Release Work
The first step to the four requisites for change is Release Work. You will release all negative emotions such as Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt, Guilt. You will get rid of any Limiting Beliefs and Unconscious Decisions such as "It doesn't matter what I do, I'll never be good enough", "If I make more money, people will think different of me", "It's only for people like them".

Ancient Hawaiian Huna has also been an invaluable addition to my toolkit. Huna philosophy, with its focus on personal responsibility and inner power, has empowered the athletes I work with to see themselves as creators of their destiny. Techniques such as Ho'oponopono help foster a mindset of forgiveness, reconciliation, and gratitude, which can be instrumental in building resilience and emotional balance.
One of the main techniques I use, called Mental & Emotional Release Therapy has been transformational in addressing past experiences that may be influencing present performance. By traveling through their timelines, athletes can make peace with past failures or traumas and confidently stride into a future of success.
